When a global pharmaceutical company was looking to launch and expand several new roles and departments, we came in to articulate the value of the opportunities and entice top-notch candidates who hadn’t been considered before.

We approached the challenge in several parts:

  • We started by immersing ourselves in focus groups, interviews with key stakeholders and any background materials we could access
  • Based on what we heard, we developed a customized, compelling employee value proposition (EVP) that would be used to guide future communications strategy and materials
  • After testing the messaging with existing employees, we brought it to life by creating a suite of communications materials, including:
  • Brochures
  • Web content
  • Recruiter checklists
  • Banner ads, and more

These materials aided recruiters in their quest for the perfect candidates, and helped to build a strong foundation for long-term employee engagement, even before the first interview.
