Bravo! Fostering Peer-to-peer Recognition

With a global employee audience in 110 countries, Levi’s needed a way to commend peers for their contributions. Brilliant Ink created an exciting peer-to-peer online recognition program, designed to support the company’s efforts to build a more results-oriented global employee culture.

After studying their key business strategies and performance expectations for employees, we worked with Levi’s and its creative vendors to bring the idea to life:

  • Dreamed up fun, globally relevant messaging and imagery
  • Created a slick yet simple interface – a portal within the company intranet – for employees to customize and send their own e-cards, and
  • Developed a full communications plan to debut, roll out and support the program

Employees shared overwhelmingly positive feedback right in the recognition interface, including: “Outstanding e-card communications.” “Thanks for all your great support to make this happen. Employees really like it!”
