The Get To Know You Phase

 

First things first, we want to understand your culture, your people and what makes you tick.

 

What We’ll Do: Each project has its own mojo, which is what makes our job so cool. There’s nothing standard about what we do. There is no checklist that we tick off. Your goals are your goals. Your company is your company. We bend and flex our assessment to fit your specific project needs.

 

That said, here are some of the typical activities involved in this phase:

PLAN:

The Building With Intention Phase

 

Let’s build your employee experience vision together.

 

What We’ll Do: No dream is too big here. We’ll talk about your grand employee experience vision, then: It’s time to dream big. In the plan phase, we’ll:

 

  • Map your ideal employee experience
  • Build the project plan
  • Assign workstreams and owners
  • Develop the message platform with an overarching message and supporting points
  • Define the project KPIs

CREATE:

The Fun Phase

 

Let’s have some fun and create a fabulous experience!

 

What We’ll Do: In this phase, we put our plan into action and create an employee experience that’s authentic to your company and its vision. 

 

This includes:

 

  • Establishing design direction
  • Developing initial concepts and materials
  • Testing and refining for maximum effect

LAUNCH:

The High Fives + Press Go Phase

What We’ll Do: It’s all systems go at this point.Time to start measuring our impact and give high fives all around! In this phase, we’ll wrap things up by:

 

  • Finalizing all materials
  • Rolling out a new employee experience across your organization
