After an internal assessment, a leading business service provider discovered it had more than 1,000 different job descriptions posted at various times throughout a single year. Recognizing the confusion this could create for candidates, the company’s Talent Acquisition team brought in Brilliant Ink to focus and refine the job descriptions so that they painted a concise, compelling picture of what it’s like to work at the company and within each function.

Together, we streamlined 840 unique job descriptions into just 47, representing 70% of all new positions hired each year. Each job description not only provided candidates insights into the overall employee experience, but used crisp, clear language to explain the nuances of each major business unit and job role.
